Datenschutzerklärung

Diese Erklärung gilt für das Spiel BioRush (iPhone und Android, com.skyesite.biorush) und für die Website skyesite.ch. Sie richtet sich nach dem Schweizer Datenschutzgesetz (revDSG) und, wo es greift, nach der DSGVO.

Kurz: BioRush läuft ohne Konto und ohne Anmeldung. Der Spielstand bleibt auf deinem Gerät. Statistik und personalisierte Werbung laufen nur, wenn du beim ersten Start zustimmst, und du kannst das jederzeit wieder abstellen.

1. Was verarbeitet wird

Spielstand

Maschinenstufen, Upgrades, Währungen und Bevölkerungszahlen liegen nur auf deinem Gerät. Sie gehen nie an uns. Wenn du die App löschst, sind sie weg.

Spielstatistik (nur mit deiner Zustimmung)

Stimmst du zu, erfassen wir über Unity Gaming Services Analytics anonyme Ereignisse aus dem Spiel: Rundenstart, Fortschritt, Rundenende, gesehene Belohnungsvideos, getätigte Käufe. Wir nutzen das, um die Balance zu prüfen und Fehler zu finden.

Die Ereignisse hängen an einer zufälligen Installations-Nummer. Namen, Kontaktdaten oder Gerätenummern erfassen wir nicht. Mehr dazu steht in der Datenschutzerklärung von Unity.

Belohnte Werbung (nur mit deiner Zustimmung)

BioRush zeigt Videowerbung über Unity Ads, und zwar nur dann, wenn du im Spiel selbst auf den Bonus-Knopf tippst. Keine Banner, keine Werbung, die von allein aufgeht.

Personalisierte Werbung ist ab Werk aus. Dann kommt Werbung ohne Bezug zu dir. Auf dem iPhone fragen wir die Werbe-ID (IDFA) nicht ab.

Käufe

Käufe im Spiel laufen über den App Store oder Google Play. Deine Zahlungsdaten sehen wir nie und speichern wir nicht.

Website

Beim Besuch dieser Website hält der Server technische Angaben fest: IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, Browser, Betriebssystem und Datenmenge. Das brauchen wir für den Betrieb und die Sicherheit der Seite.

2. Was wir nicht erheben

  • Keine Namen, privaten E-Mail-Adressen oder Telefonnummern
  • Keinen Standort, kein GPS
  • Keinen Zugriff auf Kontakte, Fotos, Kamera oder Mikrofon
  • Kein Tracking über andere Apps hinweg, keine Nutzerprofile

3. Worauf sich das stützt

  • Deine Einwilligung — für Statistik und personalisierte Werbung.
  • Vertrag — damit das Spiel läuft und gekaufte Inhalte ankommen.
  • Berechtigtes Interesse — für den sicheren Betrieb der Website.

4. Wer sonst noch Daten sieht

Wir verkaufen keine Daten. Weiter gehen sie nur an:

  • Unity Technologies — Statistik und Werbung, in unserem Auftrag.
  • Apple und Google — für die Abwicklung der Käufe.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — betreibt diese Website. Dabei fallen die unter Punkt 1 genannten Server-Angaben im weltweiten Netz von Cloudflare an. Grundlage für die Übermittlung ins Ausland sind die Standardvertragsklauseln der EU-Kommission.

5. Abschalten

Öffne BioRush und tippe auf das Zahnrad. Dort kannst du Analytics und Personalized Ads einzeln ein- und ausschalten. Schaltest du die Statistik aus, hört die Übertragung sofort auf. Löschst du die App, sind Spielstand und Installations-Nummer weg.

6. Wie lange

Nur so lange, wie es für den jeweiligen Zweck nötig ist. Statistikdaten verwaltet Unity nach seinen Regeln, wir sehen sie nur zusammengefasst. Die Server-Angaben der Website sind nach spätestens 14 Tagen gelöscht oder anonymisiert.

7. Kinder

BioRush richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren, beziehungsweise unter 16, wo das Gesetz es verlangt. Wir erheben wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern.

8. Deine Rechte und Kontakt

Du kannst Auskunft verlangen, Daten berichtigen oder löschen lassen und die Verarbeitung einschränken. Du kannst dich auch bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, in der Schweiz beim EDÖB.

9. Änderungen

Ändert sich am Spiel oder an der Website etwas, passen wir diese Erklärung an. Oben steht immer, von wann die aktuelle Fassung ist.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers the game BioRush (iPhone and Android, com.skyesite.biorush) and the website skyesite.ch. It follows the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and, where it applies, the GDPR.

In short: BioRush runs without an account and without a login. Your save stays on your device. Statistics and personalised ads only run if you agree on first launch, and you can turn them off again at any time.

1. What is processed

Your save

Machine levels, upgrades, currencies and population numbers stay on your device only. They never reach us. Delete the app and they are gone.

Game statistics (only with your consent)

If you agree, we collect anonymous in-game events through Unity Gaming Services Analytics: round start, progress, round end, rewarded videos watched, purchases made. We use this to check the balance and find bugs.

Events are tied to a random installation number. We do not collect names, contact details or device numbers. More on this in Unity's privacy policy.

Rewarded ads (only with your consent)

BioRush shows video ads through Unity Ads, and only when you tap the bonus button yourself. No banners, no ads that open on their own.

Personalised advertising is off by default. Ads are then shown without reference to you. On iPhone we do not request the advertising ID (IDFA).

Purchases

In-game purchases go through the App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.

Website

When you visit this site the server records technical details: IP address, time, browser, operating system and amount of data transferred. We need this to run and secure the site.

2. What we do not collect

  • No names, private email addresses or phone numbers
  • No location, no GPS
  • No access to contacts, photos, camera or microphone
  • No cross-app tracking, no user profiles

3. What this is based on

  • Your consent — for statistics and personalised ads.
  • Contract — so the game works and purchased content arrives.
  • Legitimate interest — for running the website securely.

4. Who else sees data

We do not sell data. It goes no further than:

  • Unity Technologies — statistics and ads, on our behalf.
  • Apple and Google — to handle purchases.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — runs this website. The server details listed under point 1 are processed across Cloudflare's global network. Transfers abroad are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Turning it off

Open BioRush and tap the gear icon. There you can switch Analytics and Personalized Ads on and off separately. Switching off statistics stops the transfer immediately. Delete the app and your save and installation number are gone.

6. How long

Only as long as needed for the purpose. Unity manages statistics data under its own rules and we only see it in aggregate. Website server records are deleted or anonymised after 14 days at the latest.

7. Children

BioRush is not aimed at children under 13, or under 16 where the law requires it. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your rights and contact

You can request access, have data corrected or deleted, and restrict processing. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, in Switzerland the FDPIC.

9. Changes

If the game or the website changes, we update this policy. The date at the top always says which version you are reading.
